Your Administrative Virtual Assistant (Front Desk/Receptionist) can manage the following tasks:

  • Recruitment and Application Process:

The process starts with the recruitment and application phase, where candidates interested in working as VAs or MVAs submit their resumes and applications to Ligare. This can be done through various channels such as job boards, or other recruitment platforms.

  • Screening and Interviewing:

Once applications are received, qualified applicants are typically screened through interviews and assessments. The aim here is to evaluate their skills, experience, communication abilities, and overall suitability for the role.

In addition to standard interview questions, technical assessments may be conducted to ensure that candidates have the necessary equipment and internet connectivity required for remote work. This may include checking their laptop specifications, typing speed, internet speed, availability of backup internet and power, and the quality of their working space.

Candidates may also be asked to provide personal information such as their bank account details and valid IDs (passport, national ID, driver’s license, or UMID) for verification purposes. However, it’s essential to handle this sensitive information with care and in accordance with data protection laws.

  • Background Checks and Onboarding:

Background checks may also be conducted as a part of the onboarding process to ensure the integrity and trustworthiness of the candidates. These checks may include criminal background checks, reference checks, and verification of the provided information.
